What piece of shit made the decision to command all the American troops based in the UK to stay out of London. The terrorists have won when you make decisions like that.
Where did you get this information?

That sounds like a strange command, American troops are certainly not spared from going into dangerous situations to help people. If the troops were commanded to stay out of London, then you ask a good question, but unfortunately you weren't really asking a question - you were drawing a conclusion about America's motives and using your conclusion as a basis to attack.

I would certainly like to see the evidence that you base your information on. Then I would ask the question "who" gave the order. Then I would ask the question "why". THEN if it turns out that the American commanders in England decided to stab your country in the back for no good reason - you have a valid case for the anti-American hatred that you're spewing. Otherwise, prepress brilliance, myself, and many others who love our country and our freedom have no choice but to be offended by your baseless hatred toward us.

Sorry, I didn't read the BBC article in your last post - MY FAULT!!!

You made it sound like the American military was abandoning London to the terrorists!

Quote:
But he emphasised that the decision was taken locally in the immediate aftermath of the bombings, when many companies were telling staff to stay out of central London because of the confusion and the need to leave emergency services unhindered.

Lieutenant Gloria Smith, based at RAF Mildenhall, said: "It's just a prudent measure, it's normal procedure any time there's such an incident.
Off duty military personel on leave probably should have avoided London in the immediate aftermath of the bombings. What could they do besides get in the way?

Quote:
"I also suspect it was a decision made by somebody who was rather risk-averse - perhaps a middle-rank commander, not one of the top people."
Please don't bash the entire US military based on what one person may have said to off-duty personel in the immediate aftermath of a horrible event like that.

By the way, I hope President Bush and the US Military stand with your country and help in any way we can. I know I still have a ton of respect for England and I would love nothing more than a few minutes alone with the cowards who attack innocent civilians like that! I hope your country has the resolve to continue to fight terror and stand with the US as well.

I think this has degenerated enough, as was the last time when a forum was closed. So, I'm locking this one.
