If you are using two drives i can recommend going direct from dvd to dvd using shrink - it works much quicker than using decryptor & shrink together - the programs seem to overlap and render the files twice.
My setup at home with 2 dvd drives will do a 'backup' direct from disc to disc in under 20 minutes.
If you want to keep a copy of the files you can nominate a different temp folder each time so you have them for later use.
