How do you get points for content on your account? Not that I have ever
offered a ground breaking solution to a fellow op's question, but I am
curious. I hope asking dosen't put me in the red

You might want to address Cory on this, I'm curious myself. I've submitted articles for the front page and have tried to send my feed back also. I'm don't know what you have to do to get "points" but I know I have none. :?

the point system is based on submitting news articles...

It was something that was recently put into the system, so you might have submitted a news article in the past, but don't have any points...

what do the points get you? hmmm...good question...

I think it's a way for people to see who the active authors are....I don't ever see it being all that useful here..
