we have 2 normalizer JTPs.

How is Prinergy 4 working out for you? Did the actual upgrade process go smoothly?

It's working well, but we didn't upgrade from 3, we switched from Brisque5 so I can't compare 1st hand. I do know that, generally, Prinergy4 has fixes that v3 users will benefit from.
The switch went well for us except Murphy's Law stepped in and gave us more work than we'd seen in a year just at the same time so it was a little stressful!
Riot, R U on Prinergy 3 or Brisque?

We are on Prinergy 3.1. I like it a lot, but I have used v.4 when I was up in Vancuouver and it seems to be quite a bit better. I would like to upgrade now.

So you would say it is safe to use even though it has not been officially released?
