Works fine for me.
Preps/Brisque 3.x issues I've had though:
Rotating by anything other than 90 degrees doesn't work, meaning, if you try to rotate your layout in preps 1 degree, our Brisque ignores it. We have Brisque 4, but haven't installed it yet, maybe it will work with that.
Otherwise, it's nice. With our setup, we print straight to the Brisque from Preps in to a hot folder, and in a second have the imposition previewing on the Brisque, ready for the next step.
Preps is set up in two main parts, templates, where you define the layouts, and then a job runlist which you marry the layout templates to the pages.
