how to center document & align it with punch mark on fil

Hi all Prepress Experts. I need help here. My question is how can I center my preps document on film so that the center of the document(registration mark) align with the center punch mark on the film. I got my document page align on the left side. When I use Quark to sent imposition page, I choose "center" from Quark print dialog box, the document will be in the center of the film, & so does the punch mark.(the center registration mark will align with the center punch mark on the film) However, Preps print dialog box doesn't has "center" option. Is there any where I can set it in Preps. panic...
*I am using Preps 4.2 in OSX classic, postscript workflow. Help~~~~
*the first film I got rotated the wrong direction & got chop off, punch marks are on the right side. Then, I choose rotation"1" from device set up under custom page. Then, I got it rotate right, but document is not in the center of the film????by the way, what is rotation"0" "1" "2" , etc???????
*straight 9hrs working without break & lunch, 1 man solo...>_<

HK sounds like on the initial install your output device was never calibrated for center and pin configs. If you are new to preps this will be a very frustrating area to accomplish. If it is a recent install, I'd try getting in touch with your dealer and have them reconfig to your output device.
