Service manual for Lotem I get error 5230 buffer not full

Does someone know where to download the tachnical Manual for Lotem or someone can sell me the dvd.
I keep getting this error buffer not full 5230 and tells me something of the ddb board.

I don't know where you can get a manual, but your problem sounds like the Lotem is starting to image the plate before all the data is finished being sent by your rip. Do you have a lot of other processes running? Or are you running close to capacity on the rip?

What are you running your Lotem with anyway?
