Preps-Brisque problem

Hi,

We are using Brisque 5 with Preps 5.2.1 and 5.2.2
We produce ICF files that pickup ripped files on the Brisque.

When we create Preps template, we place custom side guides (3mm thick) using smart marks on both edges of the sheet.

Problem is when proofing on Iris43wide or Epson 9800, sheets don't backup.

On Trendsetter we see right side guide complete but the left one is cut in half and we see only half that is inside of press sheet.
Preps device setup is set to Trendsetter wide.

What is going on?

Any input is appreciated.

:?: Assuming a SW or W&T job, have you checked to see that the A & B guide marks hang off the sheet the exact same amount?
and that they are the same size?
(we use the default guides so I may not be helping much)

I am sure they are the same size and they hang exactly the same.
The only difference is that Operator side is Cyan while Drive side is Magenta.

It looks like I will have to open support ticket, probably to find out that it is another limitation of the Brisque and they want me to move to Prinergy, sigh :roll:

Probably a PPD issue in Preps. Assuming you are using Brisque Devices, change the device to Dolev_800_V_wide. It should take care of this issue.
