Smooth Shading

Hi everyone

Wondered if anyone can help. We've recently upgraded to quark 7 sending to a rip station running psm7. I swapped the psm to a G4 but not sure I've set it up correctly. I send a job which went fine under the old set up but now it gives me a message that the job has smooth shading and it hangs when trying to rip the jobs. Does anyone know where I've gone wrong?

First, welcome, Tony! I thought I was the only person using PSM7 anymore, but I guess not.

I have not experienced this issue, but if you post your Quark file (you can use "My Uploads" on the left of your screen), I would be happy to try it on my setup, and then we can compare settings if it works for me.

Hi Dan, Thanks for the help mate. I've actually managed to sort it now, soon as I scrapped the old hot folder and made a new one hey presto!!! Weired. Thanks again fellow prehistoric psm7 user!!
