Kodak Quantum trensetter

I tried outputing some thermal direct (process-less) plates for a sheetfed job on a new Kodak Quantum Trendsetter. All the color separations were not aligned (horizontally). Before, all the regular process plates work fine. Everything in Apogee looks fine. The separations are all offset at various increments. Do you know what I can do to fix this problem?
