Oh what fun!

Finally got my OSX Tiger OS to mount the Brisque (4.1) by doing Firmware reset.

Now I have noticed that Presstouch (build O42) no longer works. The dongle does not light up, and you may open files, but cannot trap. It acts like the dongle is not there. I have placed the dongle on the Panther OS machine, and it works fine. Must be something since the Tiger upgrade.

any ideas.

We let the Brisque do the trapping. If there are any special decisions to be made, we have teh Brisque created a FDL, which we open in Presstouch, edit and then let the Brisque trap. This way we don't have to worry about the dongle.

You might try reinstalling the Hasp software i.e. the dongle software driver.
It is named "aksusb Installer". We had a problem with one of our Mac's after an upgrade and the dongle light was not on. After re installing the hasp software the light came on and presstouch would see the dongle.
