Preps templates- getting a blank template page back

I have been using Preps for a while and this comes up from time to time. Now that I have a template that is in need of changing after having spent an hour setting up it is time to ask.

In Preps when setting up a template, if you number a page as "0" the page disapears but you can still see the outline of it. Does anyone know if there is a way to get that page back short of redoing the layout?
