reg marks in color in preps 4.2

Seems that every now and then the reg marks pick up a color from the pages we drop into preps. Instead of marks on all four seps (cmyk) they will be on two or three colors and have a screen in them. We are running in classic, if that helps.

What registration mark are you using? Is this a mark you created yourself? What is the color setting for this mark? What rip are you using?
