Marks appearing on Preps 5.1.5

Hello there, I have a problem which occurs very rarely in Preps 5.1.5 (OS X 10.4.3). When copying a signature, the pasted signature will have a small flat identifer text mark appearing on the back side at a random location. Sometimes this mark will appear right in the middle of a page.
Now this mark would normally be made on the front side below page 1, it would be set to front only and is not "brought to front". But the new mark while having the same content and dimensions is set to back only and does not back up the one in front. I have 2 questions

1. Is this a known bug in Preps 5.1.5 and will upgrading to 5.2 solve it?

2. If the mark is positioned in a middle of a page, why does it appear on film, shouldn't it be obscured by the page as it is not "brought to front"?

I was just browsing the self help area of Creodak and I think your problem might be a known bug.

Did your templates have custom tiling at one time? If so, you must load that device and then turn off custom tiling to delete those marks.
