PressTouch drag-n-drop to open woes

My PressTouch 1.1 was loaded on a G4 running OS 9.2.2. I created (years ago) an alias on the desktop for the PressTouch app, and would simply drag ripped page folders onto the icon to open them up and check, trap, or edit.

Yesterday, the hard drive died on that machine, so I replaced it today and reinstalled PressTouch and can no longer drag and drop the page folders onto the alias (or the actual program, for that matter) to open them. I can drag LW and ASSG files onto it, but that involves digging 1 level deeper every time. Since I open and check every single job, this is getting annoying, especially considering it was fine for years!

Any ideas as to what is going on? I tried zapping the PRAM to no avail.

Feel free to slap me if need be...
I'm not very familiar with the app, but could it be a preference setting?
Possibly a different version (ie: X.x.x)
Just throwing it out there....

No - there are no such settings. It works fine on another machine without changing anything.

FIXED!

Rebuilt the desktop and all is well.

P.S. - DiskWarrior brought the old HD back to life, so no ripped files were lost and now I just have lots of extra storage!
