Prinergy 3 to Prinergy 2 compatibility

I find my self exporting layout for jobs regularly, and the compatibility question is holding me back from the upgrade to 3.
Did any one experience any problem with exporting Pandora layout from 3.0.2.4 to a 2.3.1.4 with the same version Pandora (2_8).
