Hello I am running Preps 5.0.3 on OSX 10.3.9 and All of a sudden out of nowhere, when we try to look at the preview window ( command - E ) we get a progress bar that comes up and will not go away. We have to force quit and we are not able to see a preview of our job before we print to post script. The PRINT STATUS window says... "checking to make sure the required files are available" and just stays there.... It prints fine. All of the files are there just no preview. Any help would be great. Thanks, Alan Thompson

Alan, i can't say that i have seen that happen on our set up - we use prinergy and don't preview unless we have major issues with page order.

I did notice you aren't running the latest path version - Preps is up to 5.1.4 - i would be doing the upgrades to see if it is fixed in the patches.

You have to get a registration for the ecentral site at www.creo.com before you can download them.
