Came in today and Preps 4.2.3 just wont preview anything not even the pressheet without data on them. It's just blank. Tried the usual tricks, haven't been able to find anything on knowledge bases. I am having to run jobs to a printer just to see if they are imposed correctly.

are you sure preps 4.2 works with OSX Tiger? Don't you need to upgrade to Preps 5 to work with OSX?

using it on OS9 and you are correct Preps 5 or greater are the only versions that run on OSX, fixing my sig right after this

i did get this fixed by running norton disk doctor on the machine... weirdddddddd stuff

I know of a co-prepresser, who had something similar once as to your problem, he is also running preps 4 on an os 9 and no matter what he tried, when selecting a page or the whole imposition, preps just wouldn't add cropmarks. It looked then as if preps got corrupt, ultimately it had to be removed from the mac and had to be reinstalled.
