overprinting black ct with FAF

I have over 400 pages in pdf format, 2 color - black and PMS - and I want the black logos and artwork to overprint but they are knocking out. I can fix this in Presstouch but it isn't very practical to fix over 400 pages one at a time! How can I automatically get the black logos and artwork to overprint?

Are you sure you want them overprinted?

I think it would be enough just to tell it to overprint black but if it is set in Postscript code to not overprint, than try disabling "PS overprint" i your rip settings, but I am not sure if your other PMS color would come ok.

You can upload sample with one or two pages of that PDF and someone could rip it to see.
