Page rotation in preps

I need to rotate a large 1up page about 3% for ghosting reasons.
I can rotate the page in the preps template and it shows the rotation,
but when I rip the file there is no rotation.
I am using the page rotation( bottling ) function under additional settings.
We are using Preps 5 on a Brisque 5.
Any ideas?

When I used to work in a Brisque workflow I was told that the bottling function had no effect on CT/LW files placed in Preps. Apparently this function only works in a postscript workflow. Your best bet is to go back to the application file, group all the elements, do your rotation there and re-rip the page.
