Brisque Error Message

I am getting a "System Error 6800" on my Brisque Impose 4 connected to a Lotem 800V with one particular file. Other flies run smoothly, the file in question is Illustrator CS files saved as .eps and placed in Quark 5, imposed in Preps 3.6.1. We have saved back to Illustrator 8, re - saved and re - sent the files to no avail, the lotem writes the first 4 - 5 inches of image, then aborts with "Expose task aborted by Host" message, and "System Error 6800" on the Brisque. We are running Brisque v4.0.97.0. Any suggestions? TerryV.
