New Prpes User

I am a new user of Preps software and i have some Q i hope some one here can gave an answer:

1) is there a hot folder to use with Preps, if its there how to use ?
2) is there a manual way for shuffling the pages in Preps ( like Quite Imposing just entring the number of the pages with (*) for rotating or without for a normal page ) ?
3) how can we add a new font to the devaice ?
4) why separation is not on when we gave a print comand ?
5) there is no a help topic in Preps and there is no a manual ? how can we get the manual ?

Microsoft windows 2003 server
Preps 5.1

Yeap!

I learned prepress and english language all in the same time by this way.

If I didn't read and understand the manuals, the production goes down and my job too.

It's very important read, understand and put in practice the manual's content or any other info about the manufacturer.
