CT Resolve, duotone idcs PDF

Has anyone come across Indesign PDF losing duotone info when using CT Resolve in PSM8?
CT Resolve is used to eradicate bitmapp/rough edges but displaces duotone info in the process. Tried without CT Resolve and increased CT resolution but 'phantom lines' appear.

Using G4, Postcript L3, PSM8.
