Problem with CT to LW feature on BR 5

Hi.

We are using Brisque 5.
FOr those pesky transparencies I used several times CT to LW feature which worked great.
What it does is rasterizes entire page at 2400 dpi.

On last job however I noticed that it added 1% to each separation where image was used.

I investigated further and yes, every time you use this it adds 1% to your image in every sep.

Did anyone run into similar thing and is there solution for this?
