PSM 8 Module Options?

Let me Start off by Saying I have Never used PSM Before, ANY version.

I'm just Curious about the Stndard Options that It Comes with Version 8

What Modules does it Come With and Which Ones are Optional?

Are Full Auto Frame, PDF2GO, Supercombine Optional?
How Much are the Optional Modules?

All the Other Workflows have a Similar approach, so I assume it's the Same Here
