Trapwise odd looking Traps

Hi

I am currently installing TrapWise and configuring it. It's now up and running with automated trapping but the trapped file seems to have a 0.5 percent dot on the rastered files when ripped through a Xitron Rip. It's especially noticeable under Rich Black.

I am wondering if it is something to do with the Press Controls feature and total ink coverage amount which is set to 290%, it seems to be putting a flyshit dot under the 100% black.

Not tooo much of a problem but anoying all the same

any Ideas??
