Prepressforums.com - please help!...Could not create and modify hotfolder

Hello everyone! I am using Brisque 4.0.97. and now i am facing to a problem that i don't know how to solve. I am posting this message with hope that anybody here who are expertise & experience with Brisque will give me advices.

The problem is:
- The error message of "ATALK SPOOLER IS NOT ACTIVE, PRINTER DEFINITION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE" appears AS i access the HF setup. And consequently i cannot create and modify any other hotfolder!?!

Please give me an advice! Thanks you in advanced for all of your advices!

Hello, we have Brisque 4.2 and have not had that trouble, but Creo can dial in if you have a modem attached or can talk you through on the phone. It sounds like everything didn't mount when you booted up. Try fsck and reboot.

reboot
fsck
delete hot folder and Atalk printer
rebuild hot folder Atalk printer

My technician solved the problem yesterday! do you know how?
He reinstall AIX, and Brisque "from scratch"!!! and things are ok now! ...Thanks god! 8O
