Screens made with lines - not dots?

I have a customer who is requesting that we output film where the screens are made up of lines rather than dots. Basically the image consists of black screened type on a black screened background. Anyone know if there is there a screen set for this so I can output from my PSM? Or maybe a setting somewhere?

Scitex calls is a Geometric dot.
They dont have a default screen set for it. You will have to buid one.
I know we have the choice on the Brisque, not sure if you have that dot choice on the PS/M

I know I've seen geometric as a dot type, so I'll check that out. Thanks.

Now I need to find out if Brisque or PSM is capable of outputting these lines at varying frequencies and angles within one document and one color. The supplied file is Freehand EPS and, according to the person who created it, has all the screening applied to the EPS within FH. He is outputting off of a Harlequin RIP, which I am unfamiliar with other than by name.

The basic effect is a Void Pantograph, where the word "VOID" is repeated across the document and is screened at different frequencies and angles of the lines each time.

Any help appreciated!

Neither Brisque nor PS/M can do in document screening.
They delete the screening instructions during RIP
And use their own to output.
