We are getting intermitted problem with the Presstouch framing dongle. In OS 9 there seems to be no problem with Presstouch "seeing" the framing dongle. In OS X however Presstouch has problems seeing the Dongle. We did install the dongle support from Creo.

Specs are as follows for the Mac G4733 1gig ram OS 10.3.5

Any input would be great.

You need a new dongle to run native under OS X, and no its not a free update. Your OS 9 dongle in not usable.
I looked in to this a while back when creo relesed the OS X version of presstouch.
