Refine by Prinergy Evo Client 3.2.6.0.16

Hi everybody!

I'm using Prinergy Evo Client 3.2.6.0.16.Sometimes I use Refine by Virtual Printer (in AI, Corel and other designing software) to create PDF for making plate. Few days ago, a customer said that my Refine options I created was not good, so some image was printed in low resolution.
I ask you - every prepress experts have used Prinergy workflow to show me the good options for Refine.

Thanks for attention!
Newbie ^^!

first of all, tell your customer that your refine options are set for maximum press quality for properly made PDFs. Then look to see if you have a problem. Even the default settings should be good enough for most customers.

If a customer is saying stuff like this to you, then they don't have confidence in your printing company. So even if you have to baffle them with bullshit, you need to make them secure in the fact that you know more than them.

I just went through a round of this with a new customer who wanted us to change our trapping settings for his job. I had to tell him that we were not going to put anything on our presses that had anything close to the settings that he wanted us to use. I could understand what he was trying to do, but knew that our press (web, Goss Urbanite) wasn't going to be able to do it -there way, but could do it -my way.

I will try to dig up some screen caps of my most common refine settings (yes, I do have some custom sets for certain customers (call me weak if you must).) I'll get back to you on that issue.
