CS2 large format printing

I'm trying to print a 39x10.5 document to my Epson 7600. The printer is roll fed and is capable of printing pretty large (at least tall or long) images and has many times in the past... we've just never tried it from ID. The roll is about 24" wide but long enough to print anything I can think of. The problem is that ID is limiting me to about 24x32".

I've tried switching the orientation, manually entering the desired size, choosing the right size in the printer prefs/page set up etc but nothing is working. Am I missing something? Could it be a driver issue? I'm not sure whether it's an issue with ID or the Epson.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Soilworker

We run a Epson 7000 and I'm sure I've printed a piece 100" long off of it before out
of ID CS2 (Windows version). You may need to update drivers, if you haven't already.
You might try to print to file using the Epson PPD that you have installed now and
see what happens. That should at least give you a place to start.

Indy supports a page area of more than 5m x 5m. perhaps you could try exporting a pdf and drop that on to your rip rather than printing direct. I know it's a work around but if it get's the job done.....

From what I can see it's the driver that would limit the page not ID. try printing to postscript and leave the setting to "Device Independent" and see what you get. (the size is automatic) or select the Acrobat PDF driver and you can control the page size.
