Easiest way I know of is to make a new master page to your configuration. It's in the flyout on Pages pallet.

how can you decide that it will be a left or right page. when you make a new master with one page, can you tell indesign that this page should stay by it self always?

thanks, dimitri

does it need to be seperate pages?

could you just not make one wide page and split it into "columns" if you like - with guides, to represent the panels?

if it's to be printed you dont print each "panel" seperately - so perhaps you can make your artwork/page one just one page?

I haven't tried it but there's a Plug-in called Page Control for Adobe InDesign that might do the trick. There's even a Tryout DL available, not sure if it's full-featured or not. 8)

I have tried Page Control and don't recommend it. No way to rip trim marks using it. It will make an odd size page but the print dialog box doesn't recognize the size and images marks for a full page. Left or right can be determined by how you place the master. Play with it it won't break.
