Indesign CS2 save down

Anyone know if there is anyway to save down a CS2 pc file to a CS?

Strange, never thought of it before but when you save-as there are only 2 options....CS2 and CS2 template....

need to export as a Indesign Interchange document. .inx file

that will open in CS

I seem to remember there is also an update patch you have to apply to CS for the above to work. The info is on the adobe website.
