exporting direct to pdf (different question) Indesign CS2

In postcript there's an option to print 2 colors or more works to grayscales. I'm looking for this option by exporting to pdf direct from Indesign CS2. If someone know this and cen help me.

I don't think you can achieve that result by Exporting. I've always
printed to .ps in order to change the color space to grayscale, or
I'll use Quite a Box of Tricks.

Agreed, I dont think you can export in grayscale.

I also ouput as a .ps, bring into Pitstop and convert to grayscale from there through my action list panel.

you can't with the export option in indesign. but it does beg a couple of questions.

1) if it was designed in house, then it should be in grayscale to begin with
2) if it was supplied art by the client just create the pdf in color, then when you output it in your print dialog box tell it to print grayscale (only problem being not having control over the halftoned images quality, but thats assuming you have permission to alter customer files.)
