Page numbering in INdesign

I recently just completed a 102 page book in indesign.

and You know at the bottom of a page where you put the title of the book/Chapter...and then a page #? Well I could do the Name of the book/chapter in a masterpage setup. BUT, I couldnt figure out how to make the program # itself as I went from pagespread to pagespread. So guess what I did??...I went to every single spread and typed in the page number myself. :roll:

Now, my question is- Is there a way for Indesign to # all the pages automatically? (Anyone who has ANY info at all, I would be greatly appreciative.)

Type Menu > Insert Special Character > Auto Page Number
