Logos or picts coming up modified in InDesign
I have not been able to find this situation in the Indesign forum so if there is a previous post please forgive.
Situation: I create an Indesign document on lets say computer A and pull in several pictures or logos from one of our networked servers. I then save the file onto another of our networked servers.
I then open that same document on computer B and all of the logo and picture links come up as being modified.
I know that this was always a problem with QuarkXPress if the clocks on the computers and servers weren't the same. I also know that this is true with Indesign. Our computers and servers are all sync'd to the same time server so this shouldn't be happening. Does anyone have any ideas in what could be causing this.
We are using G5s with OSX Panther and Indesign CS. The servers are Windows 2000 servers.
