Change text colour in table

Is there a way of selecting all text in a table so that the colour of the text can be changed all at once?

You can shift-click each top of each column, so that they highlight all the text inside them, then select the T in the color palette and make your color change.
That's one way...
Another is to click in the first cell, then click-hold drag to the last cell, moving from left to right. That'll also select all the text. From there you do the same as the last example, select the T in the color palette and make your color change.

right mouse click (ctrl-click on Mac) with your type tool in a cell, then select "Select Table" and assign a (character) style containing your preferred colour.

Click in top left corner of table until diagonal arrow appears and select entire table.

Alternative: Use Woodwing's Smart Styles Library...
