Indesign CS2 Text problems

Becuz if you go to pdf then set everything up, send to color proof, mock up brochure, flyers, etc., whatever you are working on, then if it comes back with a change you have to back track a couple of steps, more than you would if you could have just got it to color proof from ID or quark.. We haven't really done a whole lot with ID, jsut in the past month we have been trying to move most work into that direction. We still have alot of stuff to learn.
