Ya I don't know why Adobe hid the link. It used to be on the main page but now you have to go through the Abobe forums to find it. Glad it helped you out.

There is also a pretty good applescript called calscrpt-cs-us. It is basically an applescript that runs within indesign CSII and you set it up by filling the fields as it runs. IE what month to start on, how many months, weekday start and fonts etc. Once you hit ok you end up with a basic calendar table with eveything already there in seperate pages for each month. I think I got it from macscripter.net
