Multiple font folders

I run MasterJuggler and whatever version of InDesign the customer supplies me with.
When the customer outputs their files for production there is a separate folder for the fonts, for the images, and for each panel. So, if there are twenty panels on an order, I have twenty separate font folders.
If I drag the folder containing all the panels into MasterJuggler, it will load ALL the fonts - all twenty font folders, even if they are identical.
Is there a way to just open the fonts once, instead of every time there is a file? Is there just a simple setting for this??

Thanks,
Jon

Just pull all of the fonts into one folder and then add that folder. Don't add 20 separate folders; add one folder with 20 fonts (or whatever)...when you start dragging fonts that are the same, you'll get the duplicate message just like in a system finder.

I usually use FontDoctor to do an organize and repair. Real useful when you get multiple jobs in from the same client.

I tried putting all the fonts into one folder, and it still loads all the fonts, multiple times.
Do you know if there is anything like FontDoctor in Master Juggler? There is an "Examine" function, but I don't think that does the same thing. Or is Font Doctor something included with OsX?

FontDoctor comes with Suitcase, but you can get it seperately for $70 from their site, a bit steep.
