How do I make a Separated PDF now?

I have been looking for a setting and it's driving me crazy, but I need a separated PDF to supply one of our vendors. I can't figure out how to get it. I know I can do it from quark, but this job is using indesign. Thanks, I'm sure I probably just can't find it....Clue me in!!!

can you print a seperated .ps from indesign and than distill it with distiller??
or choose seps and print a .pdf??? I see the seps setting under options in your print menu. In your output options in printer you can choose a pdf or a postscript.

So i see that if you choose seps, print to a .pdf you will have a seperated pdf.

P.S.
I am looking in indesign CS2.
