Deleting Pages in InDesign CS. Problems!!

I am a bit of a newbie when it comes to inDesign so please excuse me for my probably fairly easy question.

Here it is, i have a layout which has approximately 250 pages in it, i have given each page a master and everything is fine. Unfortunately i have two blank pages in the middle of the layout that i need to delete, but when i try to delete them (by selecting and deleting pages) it shifts all the other pages after them up, and all the masters become out of order. Is there a way to delete pages without this happening, so that after i delete them i dont have to go back and re-attach the master pages for the 125 pages after the 2 i delete.

Any help would be really appreciated, thank you all in advance.

Try making the first page right after the page you want deleted a "Section Start" (Page Pallet drop down menu select "Numbering and Section Options" number the page to be what you want then go back and delete the pages in question. Every page after the new "section start" should maintain all the attributes you set.
