InDesign CS 2 Question

With InDesign CS I would have a document having a width smaller than 5 inches and the options Center on sheet, Crop Marks and Page Information turned on. The resulting output would shift the Page Information below the crop marks and change how the page is centered on the sheet. In normal conditions the Page information is to the Right of the Lower Left hand crop mark.

Is this fixed using InDesign CS 2?

This is what I got. 4"x4" on a 5"x5" page.

I see it is still not fixed.

The text is below the crop mark instead of being to the right of the crop mark.

It probably has to do with allowing enough room for a long file name, plus the date/time stamp.
