not fitting template

We have trouble with small jobs such as bc, note shts, etc. fitting the templates we make to size. Most larger jobs are fine. They seem to move up an 1/8 of a inch or so. This is ID cs. also we are using preps 3.6.1. Any suggestions! Thanks! :?:

What's your workflow? Preps handles page positioning differently in Nexus and Brisque workflow, to name 2.

fitting template

In your print dialog box turn off print page information. This info is placed between the cropmarks but there is not enough room on small documents so it puts the info down under the marks thus raising the page around an eighth of an inch

Thank you! Sometimes we got it to work and sometimes not. Hopefully all the time now. Thanks again.
