I'm ArtPro user.
I have a PowerMac G4 Dual Processor rrunning @ 867 MHz each, I'm runnig Mac OS 10.4.1 Tiger.
I haven't any problem with Tiger but a strange thing is happend.
If I try to import an EPS/PDF file to be treated on ArtPro, this app don't recognize the AI files as EPS (even if those are saved as EPS files) the same happend with the PDF files.
The only choice I have to import that kind of fils is setting the ArtPro to read All Files and then I can import the files in normal way.
I'm using the same configuration at work with the only difference is the OS installed: Mac OS 10.3.8 Panther.
At work I could import anythig in the normal way.
If anybody has a clue, I'll appreciate it so much.
