Heidelberg Prinect don't recognise CIP3 PPF file from Harlequin RIP

Hi,
We just bought Heidelberg PrintMaster74 with Prinect CIP3 support. But when we produce PPF file on our Harlequin Navigator RIP with CIP3 plugin, Prinect station does not recognise it as valid PPF file. Did anybody have some problem, or know what should be settings on CIP3 plugin on Harlequin?
Thanks!

I would definitely talk to Harlequin about this. I am sure that the Heidelberg system can read it, they have to they are CIP certified.

Maybe check some of the settings .... .cip extension, binary, medium res (10-50 dpi), etc.

Its impossible to deal with Harlequin direct on this issues, but speak to your dealer or the OEM. From memory the CIP3 Plugin has lots of options to work with as many systems as possible and you need to know what your system requires to pair it up correctly.
