Regarding Moire problem

Hi everybody,
I use Harlequin 7 with our existing Basysprint CtP system. We have a moire problem in the printing and we could not solve it. I think It happens in harlequin Rip. Screen angles; 75, 45, 0, 15. and we use round dot. Some people say that Adobe patch shoul be pasted to Harleqin Rip?

Is the moire in every image and combination of colors? Is yellow giving you a problem?

Can you change the yellow angle slightly? Even just a couple of degrees might help.

There is a trick you can do and it works even though logic may dictate otherwise. Change the yellow angle to the cyan angle. Or tweek the angle as Tim suggest. We've had success with moire in yellow doing this way.

Make sure your have "Halequin precision screens" Selected under your "Screen" preferences. If you don't you will have the problem you describe.

Thank you please drive through....
