HDS Screening Issues

Anybody have any insight on why when outputting HDS to imagesetter it has a banded effect pattern.

I am outputting to Celix 8200 driven by Xitron Navigator 5.x. Anyone else using this set up and getting OK results.

It looks like the pattern is in line with the thread on the leadscrew.

The screening is HDS Medium, Coarse seems to produce better results!

Could be an environment issue, as the imagesetter is on a suspended floor on a 1/2" thick steel plate!
