Creo Trendsetter Quantum 800 Problem

Help,

I have for two days now started getting a message that reads: Exposure Head: Laser shutdown detected. This is causing me many problems mainly that I have not been able to image plates for two days now. Tech support is of no help either. They say it is too hot in the room that it has to be between 75º-80º. It is currently 77º. I say that is pretty good. Anyway, when I release a file to plate it goes to optimizing the head and then gives me that message. Has anyone had this problem before? How do fix it?
