Laminating digital print

Hi all,

I'm new to the forum and I think this is a great place for information and problem solving :)

I have a quick question for you guys although it is a finishing question (feel free to move the post if its in the wrong section).

We have a few digital presses (6060, 2045 and DC250). These machines are great for small run stuff but we are suffering when we try to get jobs laminated (eg menus that fold etc with heavy coverage). Bottom line is it just doesn't stick or starts to come away after a few folds! we do most finshing in house but even when we send stuff out to other finishers we suffer the same problem. I know it must be down the fuser oil in the job.

Anyone else suffer this? Anyone got any tips or recommend certain type of laminating machines or film type?

many thanks

Longy
